**About Us**:
We are currently looking for an experienced **Construction Estimator** to join our team and assist with accurate and detailed takeoffs for commercial construction projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and scope to provide accurate cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating software (such as **Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar tools**) to generate takeoffs.
- Collaborate with the team to clarify project requirements and ensure accuracy in pricing.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry pricing trends and material costs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the U.S. commercial construction market.**:
- Strong proficiency in takeoff software such as **Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar**.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- **Fluent in English (spoken and written).**:
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours.**
