Funciones:

- To supervise, lead and coordinate the nationally authorized technical service centers, with the objective of ensuring the development of activities that will enable the achievement of the objectives established based on the service agreements.

- Plan actions for the timely assurance of response times.

- Monitor the performance results of service centers.

Monitoring and control of the fulfillment of the corporation's goals and objectives in terms of customer satisfaction.

- Management and motivation to guide service centers towards the achievement of objectives.

- Conduct Partner management monitoring to identify opportunities for improvement.

- To carry out the programmed periodic reports in a qualitative and quantitative manner on the results obtained.

- Maintain and improve management and financing results.
