Outbound Sales RepresentativeWe're looking for a driven and resilient Outbound Sales Representative - SDR to help generate new business opportunities through strategic cold outreach. Youll play a crucial role in growing our client base by initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to close.What Youll DoOutbound Prospecting & Cold CallingConduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to targeted leadsResearch and identify key decision-makers across ideal customer profilesCreate tailored, compelling outreach messages to generate interestLeverage dialer tools to increase efficiency and maintain consistencyLead Qualification & HandoffQualify outbound and inbound leads based on defined criteriaBook discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account ExecutivesTrack activity and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Collaboration & Feedback LoopCoordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targetingProvide real-time market insights to inform broader sales strategiesMeet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls, emails, and meetings setWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills3+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or cold calling rolesProven success booking qualified meetings and hitting sales targetsExcellent English communication skillsclear, confident, persuasiveComfortable making a high volume of daily calls and handling objectionsStrong time management, self-motivation, and follow-up disciplineResilient and goal-drivenyou dont take no for an answerFamiliarity with B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, MSP, BPO, or staffing industries is a plusTools You'll UseDialer software (e.G., Aircall, RingCentral, or similar)Slack (internal communication)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)CRM & outreach tools (e.G., HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)What We Offer100% remote work with flexible schedulingFast-paced, collaborative team environmentGrowth opportunities in a scaling startupExposure to global clients and innovative operations models#J-18808-Ljbffr
