**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to manage full sales cycles, focusing on outbound prospecting and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a proactive cold caller with a proven track record of closing deals within the $2K-$10K ACV range. You will work closely with potential clients, leveraging your expertise to expand Floori's footprint in the different regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Meet with prospective and existing customers weekly to build and strengthen relationships.
- **Full Sales Cycle Management**: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proper handoffs post-sale.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Contribute to and follow outreach strategies that drive conversions, align with campaign goals, and support business growth.
- **Sales Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support company growth.
**What We're Looking For**
- Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle sales and experience in software as-a-service is a plus.
- Excellent English verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French is a strong plus.
- Sales Expertise: A strong background in outbound sales, with proven success closing deals.
- Skills: Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to different time zones
- Location: Remote
