Business Development Representative Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for launching and managing outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings
  • Use tools like Gong and ChatGPT to scale and personalize outreach
  • Collaborate with account executives and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting
  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration
