We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and sell the most suitable product to customers.
  • Achieve an average of one sale per hour.

  • Advocate for customers by identifying ways to improve the experience through CS, marketing, and more.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of inbound or outbound sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional phone communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the customer experience.
  • Comfortable handling support tasks (help desk queries, live chat) and addressing customer requests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in relevant customer success tools and software.
