About the role You are an experienced SEO leader, especially in local and franchise SEO, seeking a senior, full‑time position that offers the flexibility of a fully remote workforce. Responsibilities Provide SEO support to a team of SEO strategists. Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise. Oversee the implementation of linking and organic search strategies for assigned clients. Conduct detailed site analysis and provide technical recommendations to improve organic visibility. Assist with or create website SEO audits and identify new link‑building opportunities. Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search. Ensure on‑time, on‑budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or raise escalation when necessary. Monitor and track campaign performance analytics and review rankings and link data against internal success measurements. Help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis. Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews. Attend key account meetings as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends. Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues. Qualifications 4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience. Strong client‑relationship skills and English communication proficiency. Proficiency in managing multi‑location and national SEO programs. Strategic planning and execution for franchise‑specific challenges. Project management skills.
