We are seeking a senior headhunter to help us find engineers to embark on opportunities in Sweden. You will work with a global recruitment team and our Swedish delivery management team to support relocation and onboarding for consultants.

• Identify and engage engineers in the IT sector who are ready to move to Sweden.
• Build trust with suitable candidates and communicate benefits of living and working in Sweden.
• Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
• Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
• Maintain high service quality, strong candidate experience, and timely recruitment delivery.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
• Solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Excellent service orientation and a flexible mindset to find the best solution for recruitment challenges.
• High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
• Confident, social, motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude toward work and customers.
• Representative appearance; responsive and responsible behavior.

• Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of productive work per day, Monday to Friday.
• Location: Remote work from home or a chosen co-location center.
• Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Paid national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days.
• Paid travels, housing, and per diem as part of relocation support.
