What kind of professional are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring and talent search activities
  • Support people operations and administrative processes
  • Engage with stakeholders and communicate needs clearly
  • Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving with autonomy
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree
  • Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
Contract details
  • As a Contractor (PJ), you will have competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5K after 6 months)
  • Work with international clients following international standards
