Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $28.00 per hour plus commissions Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and support Engage in a dynamic role that fosters skill development in sales and lead generation Work flexible hours, accommodating MST/PST schedules What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Generate sales qualified leads through various channels, including customer base and outbound prospecting Research and identify target customer profiles and key decision-makers within organizations Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying processes Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead qualification status in the CRM system What is Required (Qualifications) Must be flexible and willing to work MST/PST hours Proven experience in a lead generation or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools A positive attitude and resilience to overcome objections in a fast-paced environment Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new skills and techniques We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
