
People Services Partner

Positions holders are responsible for supporting the development of the overall HR strategy and managing or performing work across multiple Human Resources sub-families.
Activities include:
- General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
- Managing and coordinating change initiatives within the business
- General business support
- Employee hiring, On boarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Engagement and retention programs
- Coordinating, as required with other HR areas.
- Employee and labor relations and communications
- Rewards programme coordination and/or administration
- Relocation services (domestic and international)
- Immigration services, visa process
- HR related trainings
- May also be accountable for HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching), Staffing & Recruiting, Talent & Organization Performance, Training & Development, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Accountability Level:
Management level positions managing/supervising experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Focuses on policy and business plan implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). May set goals and objectives for team members for the achievement of operational/Job Family Group results. Manages projects and processes that are moderately complex with little oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure current compensation and benefit data is kept up to date, used accurately in payroll and effectively communicated to employees
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Participate in annual salary review process
- Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it is run in compliance with Aggreko policies
- Support the delivery of policy guidance, communications and interpretation
- Assist with the development of job descriptions and HR policies
Typical Experience:
University Degree
Portuguese, English and Spanish Speaker is a must
