We are looking for an experience **HR** **People & Organization Business Partner** to be responsible for Siemens Large Drives in Brazil - reporting to an Americas structure

**Your challenges**
- Conduct and resolve employee relations issues by recommending corrective actions;
- Partner with managers to implement performance management and employee development programs;
- Provide consultancy on P&O topics and support the business on people decision making;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal) and understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred;
- Driving the tactical local plans for: Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Engagement Survey and Action Plans, Coaching and Mentoring, Learning Plans, Performance Evaluation, Innovation and Recognition initiatives.

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Master´s Degree preferred;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrable track record of know-how and experience in more than one HR Area - including Business Partner expertise;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Advanced proficiency in English (reports to a global structure);
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and capability of influence within a team environment;
- The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated and able to interact with employees at all levels;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Previous experience as HR Business Partner field at factories is a differential.
