**Responsibilities**:
- Perform 1:1 with Managers: addressing relevant business issues, disseminating information, and recommending corrective actions;
- Provide consultancy on HR matters such as Org Design, supporting the definition of team formation strategy, roles and responsibilities, and plan implementation;
- Guide/support leadership in the change management process, risk and opportunity analysis, climate, and communication management support;
- Feedback HR COE to develop strategic people management solutions, acting as a link between HR and the business areas;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations on labor law, data privacy, and other governance topics;
- Support plans for HR practices aligned with COE such as compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning, engagement survey and action plans, coaching and mentoring, learning plans, and performance evaluation;
- Project Management: Drive projects to implement or improve HR processes in partnership with other stakeholders;
- Support our people through key lifecycle moments including onboarding and offboarding.
Use data to understand and guide business leaders;
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Extensive experience as a Business Partner and other HR areas;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Business acumen, systemic vision, ability to analyze data and influence decision-making, negotiation skills, conflict mediation, assertive communication, continuous learning pursuit, project management, and analysis of indicators;
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and capability of influence within a team environment;
- Flexibility, self-directedness, motivation, and ability to interact with employees at all levels;
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in an e-commerce company is a differential.
