**What's the role?**:
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who can provide support on design and development of HR initiatives in support of the business area and HR strategies in Brazil.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Collaborate closely with respective business leaders in supporting the design, development and deployment of processes, by understanding deeply about the business and partner internally with other HR team in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits in delivering HR initiatives in line with our overall people strategy.
- Build strong partnership with the business leader and regional stakeholders in developing their team members, providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training in catering for full spectrum of HR process;
- Work with the business leaders to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development.
- Ensure the talent acquisition needs with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Ensure compliance with all HR and employment processes.
- Manage administrative tasks of HR function - including processing transactions in WorkDay, maintaining HR share drive, sending inputs to Payroll, tracking headcount and people movement, quickly processing employee requests, creating PowerPoint presentations, regularly updating HR data, etc.
- Advocate, participate and provide input for D&I initiatives
- Capable in challenging the status quo and act as a change agent in response to dynamic business environment.
- Drive actions related to implementation of local partnerships and benefits

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in HR general fields, with additional experience working in HR Expertise areas, preferably in Compensation&Benefits or HRIS
- Previous experience working in a matrix and global environment.
- Highly proficient in data analysis,
- Desirable knowledge of Workday ERP.
- Proven success in driving HR topics including employee engagement, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels of management and highly proficient in managing change and cascade the message to all levels.
- Experience working in a complex, commercial organization and/or consulting role that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills - Portuguese and English
