HR Business Partner

**What's the role?**: We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who can provide support on design and development of HR initiatives in support of the business area and HR strategies in Brazil. **Who is Hilti?**: "If you’re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. With 30,000 people in more than 120 countries, which we’re looking to expand, we’re a great place for you to show us your worth, step up to new challenges and grow your career." **What does the role involve?**: - Collaborate closely with respective business leaders in supporting the design, development and deployment of processes, by understanding deeply about the business and partner internally with other HR team in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits in delivering HR initiatives in line with our overall people strategy. - Build strong partnership with the business leader and regional stakeholders in developing their team members, providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training in catering for full spectrum of HR process; - Work with the business leaders to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development. - Ensure the talent acquisition needs with a long-term talent strategy in mind. - Ensure compliance with all HR and employment processes. - Manage administrative tasks of HR function - including processing transactions in WorkDay, maintaining HR share drive, sending inputs to Payroll, tracking headcount and people movement, quickly processing employee requests, creating PowerPoint presentations, regularly updating HR data, etc. - Advocate, participate and provide input for D&I initiatives - Capable in challenging the status quo and act as a change agent in response to dynamic business environment. - Drive actions related to implementation of local partnerships and benefits We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative and more productive team. **What do we offer?**: - We’ll give you everything you need to excel in your role, including ongoing training and lots of responsibilities from the start.
