A Oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro(a) com fome de aprendizado , curiosidade genuína e capacidade de estruturar e coordenar modelos financeiros robustos , mesmo em contextos ambíguos e de crescimento acelerado. Você trabalhará diretamente com o CEO e o time executivo , transformando números em decisões estratégicas em uma empresa que cresce mais de 30% ao mês . Principais Responsabilidades Coordenar a análise mensal de actuals vs. forecast (bookings, MRR, fluxo de caixa, margem e queima de caixa). Construir e atualizar modelos financeiros sólidos e escaláveis (ARR, CAC/LTV, payback, unit economics, cenários e valuation). Apoiar áreas como Produto, Comercial e Operações na projeção de novas iniciativas e medição de ROI. Criar e manter dashboards e relatórios executivos para liderança e investidores. Suportar o processo de fundraising , elaboração de materiais e apresentações para investidores. Garantir disciplina e consistência nas rotinas financeiras e controles (reconciliação, versionamento, auditoria). Requisitos 2 a 5 anos de experiência em FP& A, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity ou Finanças de Startups . Domínio avançado de Excel / Google Sheets (modelagem, cenários, sensibilidade e dashboards dinâmicos). Conforto em ambientes ambíguos e de alto crescimento , com dados incompletos e decisões rápidas. Capacidade de traduzir análises financeiras em insights e recomendações de negócio . Inglês fluente; português fluente. Diferenciais (nice to have) Experiência com métricas Saa S, franquias e modelos de assinatura. Familiaridade com ferramentas de planejamento financeiro Conhecimentos em SQL ou ferramentas de BI (Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
