**The Analyst will be responsible for**:
Support End-Users Application in Production and Test Environment
Act in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk to keep the Production environment safe and stable
Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs
Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
Support Vendors relationship management
Support and formalize local controls
Review and improve local procedures
**Requirements**:
Higher Education
Advanced English
Background on AML and KYC processes
Must be hands on regarding on techinical matters, mainly concerning windows/linux servers
