Completed Bachelor's Degree- Experience recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools**This is a hybrid position that requires working out of our Corporate office in São Paulo, SP at least three times a week.**About the hiring groupJob responsibilities- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and/or fine tuning standard processes, while supporting Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.- Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process.- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
