Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures and controls in line with evolving Brazilian regulatory frameworks for iGaming Assist in continuous monitoring activities and prepare reports to ensure comprehensive adherence to all regulatory and licensing obligations across operating markets Support the mapping of core business processes, relevant risks, and internal controls (PSRC), proposing practical improvements to strengthen controls and mitigate compliance risks Prepare necessary documentation, reports, and internal materials required for regulatory inspections, external audits, and licensing renewal processes. Work closely with the Risk, Legal, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and Operations teams to ensure holistic and cohesive compliance practices are maintained company-wide Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to read, interpret, and summarize complex local and international regulations to inform internal policies Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5 years of professional experience in a regulated field such as Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Legal Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law (Legal), Economics, or a related field Must be willing and able to work on-site full-time Demonstrated ability to apply regulatory knowledge to operational processes B2 or higher level of English Proficiency, Native Portuguese Bonus Points Prior experience in internal controls and/or compliance within the financial, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors Previous experience or familiarity with the iGaming industry and its specific licensing requirements Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst and Accounting/Auditing Industries Entertainment Providers and Gambling Facilities and Casinos Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at VBET by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
