The Engineering System Administrator will be the primary contact for global/regional large accounts (EPCs and General Contractors) to assist in creating digital twins for Hilti's product portfolio within their selected Plant design software.
Based in a regional Project Management Office, you will serve as a technical support specialist for our sales team in acquiring large projects, act as a Plant Design Administrator for executing and supporting large global projects, and collaborate with a global team to ensure both short-term and long-term solution readiness.
What does the role involve?Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Aligning with the PMO Head and Global Plant Design Business Owner on project pipeline and priorities.
- Supporting project acquisition by demonstrating our plant design solutions to construction project managers and business developers.
- Partnering with customer's Plant Design Administrators to ensure testing and catalogue integrity.
- Setting up libraries and plug-ins for Hilti and Oglaend Modular supports, Firestop, and Cable Management solutions.
- Serving as a single point of contact for installation challenges and troubleshooting software conflicts.
- Training customer modelers and designers on our libraries and plug-ins.
- Creating custom assemblies for project-specific solutions.
- Training sales and business development teams on plant design solutions.
- Documenting activities in Salesforce and Clickup.
- Gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the development team for testing and feature requests.
- Sharing best practices and success stories internally.
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent IT diploma.
- Experience with EPC, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Industry projects is preferred.
- Proven experience with engineering systems administration (Aveva PDMS/E3D, SP3D, Bentley, Autodesk P3D).
- Understanding of engineering practices and project execution.
- Knowledge of current engineering design and data integration software.
- Fluent in Portuguese, advanced English, intermediate Spanish.
- Availability for 15-20% international travel.
