High school or equivalent diploma.- Experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux machines.- Experience operating systems support.- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.- Availability to go work at our Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE - Fulfillment Center, in a 3x2 shift (12 hours). We ensure network and client devices function for WW Operations, including fulfillment centers, Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, and Amazon Campus.- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.- Advanced English.
