**Descrição do cargo**:
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Infraestrutura do Configuration Manager: gerenciar e manter a infraestrutura do Configuration Manager, garantindo desempenho e confiabilidade ideais.
- Coleções e implantações: criar e gerenciar coleções e supervisionar implantações de software e hardware.
- Gerenciamento de aplicativos: lidar com a implantação e o gerenciamento de aplicativos por meio do Configuration Manager e do Intune.
- Gerenciamento de clientes: solucionar problemas e resolver problemas de gerenciamento de clientes, incluindo problemas de instalação de aplicativos e do centro de software.
- Comunicação e políticas do Intune: gerenciar a comunicação, as políticas e as implantações do Intune para garantir conformidade e segurança.
- Gerenciamento de certificados: supervisionar o gerenciamento de certificados digitais, garantindo comunicação e autenticação seguras em todos os dispositivos.
- Solução de problemas: fornecer solução de problemas avançada para problemas relacionados ao Configuration Manager e ao Intune, incluindo problemas de instalação de aplicativos, garantindo tempo de inatividade e interrupção mínimos.
**Qualificações**:
- Experiência: (preferencial) Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de dispositivos usando o Microsoft Configuration Manager e o Intune.
- **Habilidades técnicas**:
- Configuration Manager:
- Proficiente em infraestrutura, coleções, implantações e gerenciamento de aplicativos do Configuration Manager.
- Fortes habilidades de solução de problemas em gerenciamento de clientes, centro de software e problemas de instalação de aplicativos.
- **Intune**:
- Proficiente em comunicação, políticas e implantações do Intune.
- Fortes habilidades de solução de problemas em comunicação, políticas e gerenciamento de certificados do Intune.
- **Certificações**: Certificações relevantes, como Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ou similar, são preferenciais.
- **Habilidades interpessoais**: Excelente comunicação, resolução de problemas e habilidades organizacionais. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipe.
