They are a warm and friendly international team of project managers, digital marketers, designers, and developers who are dedicated to helping each other succeed. "We work hard, and we have fun doing it."**About the Role:Our Project Managers serve as the first point of contact for their clients and are responsible for ensuring their client’s business and marketing goals are met. This is done by working with our CEO and Head of Strategy to break down digital marketing plans into a series of tasks for our team, tracking the progress of the tasks, and the results achieved.The type of work we do for each client is highly varied and fast-paced. No two days are the same. Our dynamic team members thrive in this type of environment - this is not a job for someone who wants boring, predictable work.**Our Clients**:Our agency provides services to cosmetic medical providers, including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurse injectors, dentists, and Med Spas. **Experience or interest in this niche is highly desirable. **If you have no experience, you’ll need to quickly immerse yourself in the world of elective beauty treatments so you can understand our client’s needs.**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:- You have a project manager’s attention to detail and deadlines, and a digital marketer’s quick thinking and ability to change plans quickly.- You love serving your clients and get a true thrill out of seeing them succeed.- You are an expert problem solver, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at the agency level.- Experience in the health, beauty, and wellness industries is a plus.- You’re passionate about digital marketing and SEO and have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media, SEO, and user experience.- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and consider yourself a self-starter.- You’re a pro at prioritizing important tasks and shifting quickly between work streams.- You are comfortable with changing priorities and understand this is the nature of digital marketing.- You’re a stickler for detail but have a need for speed. You care about quality but can get stuff done quickly.- You’re an excellent team player - each day you will work with 30+ people from all over the world (and with varying levels of English), primarily through written communication.- You’re savvy with remote work and project management tools, such as Slack, Skype, Basecamp, Jira, Teamwork, Google docs, etc. Bonus points if you know how to use Teamwork Projects- You appreciate metrics. You have experience analyzing digital marketing metrics to understand how well a website or particular campaign is performing**Benefits**$2,000**Schedule:**The client is looking for someone who can work 7 hours per day (35 hours per week).Our business hours are 9 am - 6 pm EST.
