We are advising a company that is looking a Marketing Analyst that will be part of our global marketing team: supporting and contributing to improvements in content, lead generation, and the overall marketing strategy. Support for ongoing public relations, partner management, and global event management. English Marketing content creation Learning about SaaS, IoT, Embedded topics, Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing. Build and optimize marketing triggered email programs to increase activation, engagement, and retention, by using industry best practice techniques Increasing email engagement using A/B tests/experiments. Social Media Marketing. Stay up-to-date and report on the latest social media trends & industry news, sharing updates with the larger Marketing team, Help create compelling social media content to attract, engage and retain our target audience.The company office hosts parts of the Global Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent Creation for Lead Nurturing and Email Marketing:Draft compelling content for lead nurturing campaigns and email marketing initiativesTailor messaging to target audience segments and leverage storytelling techniques to drive engagement and conversionsSocial Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platformsStay up-to-date and report on the latest social media trends & industry news, sharing updates with the larger Marketing teamCreate and curate relevant content, including posts, images, and videos, and monitor social media channels for trends and opportunitiesWebinar Management:Help manage the execution of webinars aimed at educating leads, customers, and partners about Toradex’s products and solutionsCollaborate with subject-matter experts to develop webinar content and ensure smooth delivery of presentationsMonitor webinar performance metrics and work toward optimizing future webinar strategies and content developmentMaintain Monthly Newsletter:Curate and create engaging content for our monthly newsletter to keep our audience informed about company updates, product releases, industry news, and eventsCoordinate with to gather relevant information and ensure timely delivery of the newsletterMaintenance of Reports:Compile, analyze, and maintain reports on global events, communication metrics, including newsletter performance, webinar attendance, email engagement, and social media metricsProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize communication strategies and achieve marketing objectivesProficiency with HubSpot:Utilize HubSpot platform for email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign managementLeverage HubSpot's features to automate processes, segment audiences, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum efficiency and effectivenessLeveraging Industry Best Practices:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketingContinuously research and implement innovative strategies to improve marketing tactics and achieve competitive advantage

Desired candidate profileBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3-4 years of experience in communication, marketing, or a similar roleProven experience in managing newsletters, webinars, email marketing, social media platforms, report maintenance, and proficiency with HubSpotExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and platforms is a plus

Important information before you applyThe whole process, including interviews, will be conducted in English.The job location is Campinas/SP – Brazil.The job is hybrid model, we expect employees to be 80% of the time in the office.
