• Ensure the accuracy, existence, and completeness of spare parts in warehouses through regular checks.
• Organize and lead the warehouse team, promoting sustainability in spare-part management.
• Build a team by selecting individuals meeting technical and behavioral criteria, respecting budgets and policies.
• Handle team promotions, merits, and replacements.
• Manage performance and behavioral correction plans, applying disciplinary measures or recovery plans as needed.
• Report regularly to the Internal Control Manager on warehouse activities.
• Identify and advise on maintenance needs for the physical warehouse structure.
• Follow leadership guidance on new responsibilities and complex issues.
• Ensure legal compliance for internal, external, and customer audits, as well as health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in warehouse management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as allergens and SDS.
• Reside in or willing to relocate to Bandırma.

• Attention to detail in inventory accuracy.
• Organizational and sustainability management skills.
• Familiarity with internal policies, norms, and compliance.
• Ability to propose and implement process improvements.
