Optimizing Warehouse Efficiency Leader

As a Warehouse Controlling Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of spare parts in warehouses through regular checks.

Your mission will involve organizing and leading the warehouse team, promoting sustainability in spare-part management while building a cohesive unit by selecting individuals meeting technical and behavioral criteria.

You will handle team promotions, merits, and replacements, manage performance and behavioral correction plans, and report regularly to stakeholders on warehouse activities.

A key aspect of this role is identifying and advising on maintenance needs for the physical warehouse structure, following guidance on new responsibilities and complex issues.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Expertise in warehouse management and team leadership.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
