We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the management of our warehouse operations.

About the role
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory in warehouses through regular audits and checks.
  • Lead the warehouse team, promoting effective inventory management practices and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Select, train, and develop team members to achieve technical and behavioral objectives, while adhering to company policies.
  • Analyze performance data and implement corrective action plans as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (advanced degree is an asset).
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and leadership.
  • Expertise in SAP and MRP systems, with proficiency in leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
