Warehouse Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Leader to oversee the accurate existence, and completeness of spare parts in warehouses through regular checks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability through process improvements, internal audits, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in warehouse management, team leadership, and proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective warehouse management strategies to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Organize and lead the warehouse team, promoting sustainability in spare-part management.
  • Select and develop individuals meeting technical and behavioral criteria for team roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
  • Expertise in warehouse management, team leadership, and proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
