Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. You will also possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

  • Assist customers with questions and recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  • Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash registers, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all sales activities.
  • Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets by adhering to our cash handling procedures.
  • Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise by restocking shelves, processing returns, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
  • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders by maintaining professional and friendly interactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
