Digital Function Digital Solution Advisory supports sales execution by showcasing how SAP products and services can drive exceptional customer outcomes. The team follows a Partner-first execution model focusing on covering gaps in Partner Presales expertise. Digital Role The Digital Solution Advisor Specialists provides expert-level industry and solution knowledge and creates an engaging and impactful digital customer experience in a high-volume digital framework (repeatable motions). Responsibilities & Tasks Deliver digital content creation. Position and follow the digital content creation and consume. Detect customer priorities based on customer digital asset consumption. Sinergy & Alignment to the Digital Business Architects, Partner & Demand team in the initial customer engagement (handover). Digital Solution Advisor complements the Partner Presales capabilities for Partner-first execution. SAP covering partners gaps. Leverage standard virtual demonstrations and perform specific localizations to customers' needs. Unified content in tools like microsite. Provide a premium digital Customer journey experience based on the customer digital consumption insight & customer needs. Drives customer success in supporting sales with a best in digital solution advisory team. Replicate, share tips & best practices in digital content to our ecosystem. Promote digital content to partners. Leverage regional and global programs such as Digital Avatar, Sime Game, Started Kit, etc. Qualifications University's degree. Background and experience in presales in RISE & S4HANA Digital Supply Chain solutions. Portuguese speaking. Based on Brazil. We build breakthroughs together We win with inclusion.
