You will have significant autonomy over your working hours and days.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): High-Scale UA Management:Take full ownership of planning and executing globalUser Acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile apps/games, maintaining a focus onexceptionally high budgets(High-Scale performance). Social Platform Mastery:Lead advanced campaign management and optimization across core social media platforms, primarilyMeta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, including creative iteration and testing. Data-Driven Optimization:Conduct deep-dive analysis using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer/Singular) to identify performance levers, optimize campaigns, and ensure aggressive ROI/ROAS targets are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Creative, Data, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.What You Must Bring to the Table : 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in Performance Marketing / User AcquisitionMobile Apps or Gaming Essential Experiencemanaging and scalingVERY HIGH BUDGET SPENDS(High Scale is a must-have). High Level of Independence and Accountability:Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, crucial for success in a part-time/remote environment.
