You will lead our performance marketing efforts across paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and user acquisition. You'll manage a specialized team of marketing professionals while working alongside our Head of Content to drive integrated growth strategy through data-driven channel optimization.**Requirements**:**You're a performance marketing expert with**:- 4+ years managing performance marketing teams with €5mln+ annual media spend under management- Deep expertise in paid advertising across major platforms with proven ROI optimization track record- Hands-on experience scaling influencer marketing programs from startup to systematic operations- Strong analytical background with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and advanced measurement- Team leadership experience developing marketing specialists and driving performance improvements- Product-minded approach to marketing with focus on user journey optimization and lifecycle metrics**Bonus points for**:- EdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cycles- Experience managing marketing budgets during economic downturns or budget constraints- Background building marketing operations and systematic processes from ground up- SEO strategy integration with paid channels experience- Partnership marketing and business development collaboration**Ready to Join?**You'll be joining a growing EdTech company where you can leverage deep performance marketing expertise while building and developing a high-impact team.
