**We are seeking a Head of Teaching for our LATAM project who will manage processes related to learning experience of our students.**

**Requirements**:
**Professional Expertise**:

- 2+ years of leadership experience in education, EdTech, or a related field, with a strong track record of scaling teaching teams.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve teaching methodologies, driving measurable improvements in student outcomes.
- Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and operations in high-growth environments.

- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using data to inform decisions and improve processes.

**Language Proficiency**:

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are highly valued.

As the Head of Teaching, you will play a key role in shaping our teaching vision and driving excellence across all teaching functions for the LatAm and Brazil markets. Collaborating with the Content and Student Experience teams, you will lead a global teaching team, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experience.
