Seu papel como TechOps Analyst II será atuar com o time de Infraestrutura Varejo na gestão do ambiente de qualidade e pré-produção do Grupo Boticário, sendo responsável pelo provisionamento, controle de acesso, manutenção dos ambientes, automação de tarefas e controle dos processos, além de realizar diversas interações com as áreas de produtos digitais
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
Disponibilidade para trabalho Híbrido em São José dos Pinhais - Paraná
Conhecimento intermediário em protocolos de rede TCP/IP, DNS, AD, LDAP, VPN IPSec e SSL;
Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de suporte remoto (Landesk, System Center, Team Viewer, Any Desk, etc)
Conhecimento avançado em Sistemas operacionais Windows 10, 11
Conhecimento intermediário em desenvolvimento de scripts automatizados com Python, Power Shell, etc;
Conhecimento em Virtualização de Desktop (VMware Workstation, Oracle VM VirtualBox, Microsoft Hyper-V)
Conhecimento em gestão de Contas no Active Directory
SD-WAN
Windows Server 2016 ou superior
