Job Title: Backend Technical Lead About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to lead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). Key Responsibilities Design and implement high-quality backend services using Python and popular frameworks. Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, integrating them with internal and external systems. Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into efficient code. Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components. Manage databases and data models (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Contribute to overall system architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer. Expert-level experience with Python and popular backend frameworks (FastAPI preferred, Flask, Django). Proficient experience with React and Typescript (Hooks, Context, Redux, or similar). Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience deploying applications using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and version control (Git).
