What You'll Do Develop forecasting models (with support of our data wizards) to predict inflows/outflows and ensure liquidity; Design and automate treasury workflows that guarantee safe, efficient cash movements; Monitor and analyze liquidity, ALM, and profitability KPIs; benchmark against industry peers; Create and maintain tools (dashboards, reports, alerts) that ensure transparency and decision-making agility. What You'll Need To Succeed Experience in Treasury, ALM, Corporate Finance, or related roles; Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (integrating live data, scenario forecasting); Strong grasp of liquidity, funding, and capital management in financial institutions; Solid accounting knowledge, able to connect financial statements to forward-looking forecasts; Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders; Bilingual fluency (Portuguese & English). Nice to have Python proficiency; Familiarity with COSIF accounting standard.
