**This is a contractor position for Inflection Point, not an employee role.**

**The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in local currency (R$).**

***

**The Financial Analyst must be able to work between 8/9 am and 5/6 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the IP team and its clients.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for IP and its clients.
- Present recommendations to IP and its clients regarding financial objectives and policies.
- Work on bookkeeping and reporting for Inflection Point, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks online.
- Create standardized reporting packages for all clients.
- Train new staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Excel financial modeling skills and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsin English.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds.
- Proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and curious.
- Capable of working directly with IP clients on their financial projects as required.
- Must own a newer model computer (2019 or newer) and have reliable internet access.

**Nice to have**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.
