Salary - circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience**The Opportunity**Are you a data-driven digital marketer ready to take the lead in scaling eCommerce performance? We're looking for a **Senior eCommerce Acquisition Manager** to spearhead our strategy across paid media, SEO, and website optimisation. You'll play a critical role in driving traffic, leads, and course sales to support our mission of helping individuals and businesses upskill in the digital and tech space.You’ll lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns that engage both individual learners and B2B training buyers. This is a strategic, hands-on role with a real impact on revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally with content, creative, and development teams—plus manage a network of agencies and freelancers—to deliver high-performing campaigns and customer experiences.**About You**You’re a seasoned digital marketer with a proven track record in customer acquisition, online sales, and performance marketing.
