Team Overview

We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution.

Role Responsibilities
  • Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:

  • Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Search (Web)

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • TikTok Ads

  • Apple Ads

  • Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines

  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency

  • Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills

  • Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars

  • Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutions

  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams

  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment

  • Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI and MarTech available

  • Handle our media partner relationship to make sure we are using the most advanced technology and features in our campaigns

  • Define the testing pipeline for each of the channels you manage. Run A/B tests or incrementality tests

Role Qualifications
  • Over 2-3 years of experience managing performance media campaigns

  • Solid hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Google UAC/Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic DSPs

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Analytical mindset: able to derive meaningful insights from large datasets

  • A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • Comfortable working in English – this is a must

  • Experience in A/B testing frameworks

  • Experience with incrementality testing frameworks is a plus

  • SQL, Python or other programming language skills is a plus
