Overview Join to apply for the IT and Client Services BRM role at LaPieza . In collaboration with the IT Team, Business Divisions and Corporate Areas, the Corporate BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and Client Services Lead is the key Business Partner for the Corporate Areas and also responsible for the transversal client services operation in Brazil. He/She will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication, understanding the business, assisting in project prioritization, ensuring that projects are aligned with technology that provides the maximum return on investment. Responsibilities CORPORATE BRM Build and manage the relationship team to ensure convergence and strategic partnership with the business partner team, including working closely with CxO leadership as executive sponsors for each business partner. Partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed portfolio of initiatives. Oversee application project planning, execution, milestone monitoring, tracking, and status updates. Budget and resource management. Identifying business function opportunities and the most appropriate position for function adoption within organization. Measure adoption and work with Corporate leadership (Legal, HR, Sourcing, Communication) to develop future roadmaps and opportunities. Focus on business value rather than solutions to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements. Manage internal customer demands, acting as a mediator between customer satisfaction and IT feasibility (budget, technical limitations, priorities, etc.). CLIENT SERVICES LEAD Developing and improving IT Service Management processes, such as incident, problem, change, and release management, to align with business goals. They oversee the performance and alignment of IT services, ensure compliance with standards and SLAs, manage stakeholder relationships, and foster a culture of continuous service improvement using data and analytics. Service Strategy and Alignment: Ensure IT services align with business goals and strategic priorities by guiding IT strategy and resource allocation. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of IT services and infrastructure to ensure they meet objectives, delivering expected business value. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic liaison, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. Service Catalog Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive service catalog that clearly defines available IT services and their associated SLAs. Partner with the Infrastructure Team to secure best-in-class for Network Management, Server Management, Storage and Data Center Operations, Hardware and Software Management, System Monitoring and Performance Tuning, Configuration Management, Security and Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Planning Required Knowledge/Skills Information technology bachelor degree (Desireble) At least 4 years of IT services management Experience Advanced English (mandatory) Leadership skills to guide and train the team Experience in Project Methodology (PMI, PMO) Experience with Budget and Vendor Management.
