Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30,000 of them by 2030, according to Statistics Sweden. We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Responsibilities
  • Help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, often relocating from other countries.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and our Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Support clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Represent Telescope with a professional appearance and a high level of service, aiming to close recruitment requests efficiently.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated and able to work autonomously; resilient to setbacks.
  • Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travel, housing, and per diem.
  • Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
