As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for leading customer onboarding and providing expert technical guidance to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our platform through comprehensive training, problem-solving, and ongoing support.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can explain complex concepts clearly and work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in video conferencing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Platform: Conduct thorough onboarding sessions via Zoom to guide new customers through platform setup and configuration, including workspace and application configuration, training delivery, and go-live support.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer expert assistance via email and Zoom for customer questions, feature requests, and optimization needs, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, document problems, and collaborate with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve platform improvements.
