Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues. Gather and document business requirements and functional designs. Perform data analysis and regression testing. Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security). Maintain knowledge base and response catalog. Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end-to-end support. Must Have Skills: 5+ years of Workday functional/techno-functional experience. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes. Hands-on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations. Experience in payroll support and production issue resolution. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
