We're looking for Workday-certified professionals based in Brazil to join ongoing global projects focused on HR and Finance operations within the Workday ecosystem.

📍 Location: Remote within Brazil

💰 Compensation: USD $4,000 - $4,500/month

🕐 Start date: Immediate

🧩 Experience: 5+ years | Workday Certification Required

Available Positions:

We're hiring 4 specialists, each focused on a unique track:

- Production Support – Manage daily Workday operations, resolve issues, and ensure system stability.
- Enhancements & Continuous Improvement – Lead configuration and implementation of new Workday features or modules.
- Project Management / Business Analysis – Coordinate releases, agile ceremonies, and deliverables across teams.
- FLEX Support (Seasonal Coverage) – Provide extra capacity during peak cycles like open enrollment or new module rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business / functional requirements.
- Configure, test, and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance).
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting in live environments.
- Support release management and agile planning.
- Maintain documentation and manage change requests.
- Partner with business stakeholders and global teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Workday certification (Core HCM, Finance, or Payroll preferred).
- 5+ years of Workday implementation or support experience.
- Solid understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English and Portuguese communication.
- Experience in agile or global project environments.
