**PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION****Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls- Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information- Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation- Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company- Assist internal and external auditors- Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP- Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices**KEY RELATIONSHIPS****Local finance****Local FP&A****Local Tax****LAM Regional Accounting****KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields- Advanced or fluent English (regional and global communication)- Experience with external auditing- Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail)- SAP and Excel skills- Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles**Responsabilidades e atribuições****Requisitos e qualificações**IT STARTS WITH YOUTudo o que fazemos está enraizado no esporte.
