Role Description Airswift is seeking a Global Executive Researcher to join our Executive Recruitment division at our Rio de Janeiro office. Principle Accountabilities Deliver quality service against all the recruitment steps (sourcing, networking, candidates’ screenings, research). Develop efficient candidate and market research strategies using all available platforms. Use creatively all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates. Record all activities in Invenias to ensure figures are captured and information is accessible globally. Display a track record of ownership for individual targets as well as the ability to work in a cooperative team environment. Ensure all candidates are fully screened and possess the correct skill set experience and qualifications against the incoming job requirements. Market mapping by developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry, market dynamics and competitor landscapes. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Fluent English. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
