New Logo and Renewals - Act at pre-sales stage as the Single Point of Contact for handover from commercial to post sales teams for regional deals and from pre sales team directly for local deals. Provide contractual guidance for local deals to be incorporated into the contract pre signature.Credit Management Process - Ensure credit requests are properly vetted to the contract and obtain necessary approvals before issuance to customerContract Management - Lead the management of post contract signature changes, and contract/commercial disputes. Identifies, quantifies and communicates risks to the CBU team and develops risk mitigation strategies. Ensure new commercial propositions (extensions) are compliant to commercial, legal and financial terms and conditions. Provide guidance with early termination penalties assessed and minimize risk.Contractual Price Review - Manage contractual price review process, coordination among the various business units, impact to PL and risksMRG/ARG - Ensure customer MRG/ARG commitments are adhered to, raising awareness for potential shortfalls and contractual guidance**about you**:Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff / senior management as required.Ability to work in a virtual team environment.Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required (analyzing problems from multiple perspectives, identifying and deploying appropriate resources)**department**:Sales & Marketing Americas**contract**:Regular
