Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.- Purpose- The Assistant Contract Manager provides support to Senior or Project Contract Managers for a specific discipline or area of the contract management department.- Responsibilities- You provide support in the management of Main Contract & Supply Chain contracts.- You ensure up-to-date, cross-referenced registers and logs are maintained on the project.- You provide prompting to Contracts personnel for outstanding replies.- You provide support to the supply chain to ensure contract coherence.- You update and maintain the Contracts requirements plan.- You ensure coherent data and document availability, e.g. contractually defined codes and standards.- You participate in project meetings with Engineering, Project Controls, and the Supply Chain.- Education- Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines (Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying).- Experience- Experience in contract management.- Functional Competencies- Contract Administration and Contractual Compliance- Contractual change identification and management- SBM Product Knowledge- Contract law and model contract knowledge- Pre-contract management- Contract Management- Contract set-up and Contract awareness**GENERAL INFORMATION**- SBM Offshore is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
