About the role

Seeking a leadership adventure? Become the driving force behind our vibrant Field Sales team as a Field Sales Manager at Reckitt. Inspire your team, implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships in the trade. This role is your platform to shine, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Bring to life the in-store experience, ensuring our products connect with customers in meaningful ways. This is an opportunity to lead, grow and profoundly influence sales success in your region.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  1. Craft and oversee a strategic plan that achieves significant sales growth within your region.
  2. Execute business plans, manage promotions, and hit Net Revenue and KPI targets.
  3. Lead the Field Sales or Territory Managers team, securing optimal retail territory coverage for top-tier execution of sales activities and training.
  4. Recruit and nurture your team, providing ongoing coaching and development, to excel in their roles.
  5. Ensure superb execution and compliance with store layouts, product placement, and promotional activities.
The experience we're looking for

- Solid experience in FMCG or Trade, with a focus on Field Sales.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering relationships and influencing teams and customers.

- Proven track record leading and enhancing the performance of a field sales team.

- Strong project management capabilities with a flair for implementing initiatives.

- Commercially savvy with sharp analytical skills, adept at driving big ideas into successful actions.

- Proficient in P & L management, strategy development, sales negotiation, and achieving operational excellence.
