Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source opportunities for candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach
  • Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements
  • Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain candidate documentation
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
  • Previous experience in community engagement or relationship-building with educational institutions
  • Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events and job fairs
