Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing 600+ corporate devices across our global organization. This remote position requires a technical expert with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.

The successful candidate will maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne. Additionally, they will develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time. The ideal candidate will also troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation, execute patch management cycles, and ensure timely deployment across all devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience , a strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms, experience managing both Windows and macOS environments, advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation, a solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management, and experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA). Additionally, you should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
